It is with esteemed pleasure that I write this letter to express my impressions of Ryana Baird, whom I have observed as an outstanding student in my Critical Thinking and Reading class. I am pleased to serve as a mentor for her.

Ryana Baird is a highly motivated and much disciplined student who appears to have clearly defined goals. Her sustained motivation and untiring perseverance in achieving the course goals were consistently demonstrated. In addition, her interaction with me to monitor her progress in meeting the goals were admirable and most impressive. In addition, her interpersonal skills set her above most others. It is without any reservation that I write this letter. I look forward with great enthusiasm to serving as a mentor for her as she pursues a career in teaching.
